Due to the artisanal nature of our products, all MOMENTI pieces are made to order and individually handcrafted in Italy. As such, we do not offer refunds or returns, and no warranty applies to these items. Each piece is unique, with slight variations in form, glaze, and finish—these are not flaws, but part of the inherent beauty and character of handmade craftsmanship.

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement. To process a replacement, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
